Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to control temperatures in a wide range with a simple constitution by a single thermosensitive resistance element in a set temperature- variable ON/OFF-system temperature control unit. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of DC power source 1 is set to Vcc, and bridge circuit 2 consists of resistances 3-5, variable resistance 6 which sets the temperature of a control object such as an oven, thermistor 7 which detects the temperature of the control object above and has the resistance change characteristic in a proper range, and resistane 8. Set voltage ed is led out from the slide contact of 6, and the detection voltage corresponding to the detection temperature is led out from the connection point between thermistor 7 and resistance 8. The voltages are compared by 9, and H or L output eO is generated dependently upon the comparison state, and Tr14 is turned on or off by output eO to drive relay 15, thereby controlling the output state of the heat source of the control object. Then, a prescribed purpose is achieved by selecting properly the characteristic of a single thermistor.
