The temperature controlled bath 1 is equipped with a heater 42 heating supplied air supplied into the test chamber 35, and a refrigerator 5 for cooling the supplied air. The refrigerator 5 has a main refrigerant circulation circuit 5a including a compressor 52, a condenser 53, a first expander 55, a first cooler 51, and refrigerant piping 56, 57 mutually connecting these apparatuses, a bypass circuit 5b bypassing the first expander 55 and the first cooler 51 in the main refrigerant circulation circuit 5a, and a second expander 59 and a second cooler 510 arranged on the bypass circuit 5b. The first cooler 51 is arranged in a supply passage 36 of the supplied air, and the second cooler 510 is arranged in a predetermined position other than the supply passage.
