To provide a temperature controlled magnetic switch capable of reliably opening/closing a switch contact and easy to manufacture.

The magnetic switch comprises a body 12, and a permanent magnetic unit 22 arranged in the body 12. An elastic unit 24 is arranged in the body 12 for holding the permanent magnetic unit 22 at a second position. A first electric contact 26 is fixed onto the elastic unit 24. A second electric contact 28 is fixed onto the body 12 corresponding to the first electric contact 26. A temperature control magnetic unit 30 is fixed onto the body 12 for sensing an outside temperature. When the permanent magnetic unit 22 is installed at the second position, the second electric contact 28 shows the condition of being electrically isolated from the first electric contact 26. When the permanent magnetic unit 22 is installed at a first position, the second electric contact 28 shows the condition of being electrically conducted to the first electric contact 26.
