To accurately control temperature in a vessel used for a drier, a culture device, an incubator, a dry heat sterilizer or the like, by eliminating temperature distribution in the vessel.
This temperature-controlled vessel at least has a vessel main body 2 provided with a temperature sensor and a heater installed in a casing 4 with an opening and closing door 6, and a controller for controlling electric power supplied to the heater by receiving a detection signal of the temperature sensor. Hollow columns 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d provided with a plurality of holes 12 for receiving a shelf bored along a vertical direction at prescribed intervals thereon are set to side walls 8a and 8b in the vessel main body 2. Shelf receivers 14a and 14b are set being engaged with the holes 12 for receiving the shelf, and a storing shelf 16 is placed on the shelf receivers 14a and 14b. It is desirable to have a hot air flow passage formed at least on both side walls 8a and 8b.
