Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller capable of reducing water flow resistance.SOLUTION: A temperature controller 1 comprises: a temperature control plate 2 through which a fluid can be flown; and an adapter 3 which has an internal space 31a and is bonded to the temperature control plate 2. One of the temperature control plate 2 or the adapter 3 has a first hole 24, while the other one of the temperature control plate 2 or adapter 3 has a guide part 32 provided with a second hole 32a which is inserted into the first hole 24 and communicates to the internal space 31a. The guide part 32 has an inclined surface 32b which is formed such that the cross section of the second hole 32a becomes larger toward a base-end side of the guide part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7B
