Title:
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER FOR QUANTITATIVE DISCHARGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09160658
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To hold the liquid material in a container at constant temperature and stabilize the discharge by equipping the quantitative discharger with a heating and cooling means which uses a Peltier element, and heating and cooling the container.

The outer periphery of the container 2 is surrounded with the Peltier element 8 and a temperature sensor 9, the outside of the Peltier element 8 is covered with a heat absorber 10, and the temperature controller 11, Peltier element 8, and a temperature sensor 9 are electrically connected. The temperature controller 11 inputs set temperature inputted from a keyboard 12 to a CPU 14 through an interface 13 and determines the direction and level of a current supplied to the Peltier element 8 according to the inputted set temperature. Then the current of the specific level is supplied in the specific direction to the Peltier element 8 through a D/A converter 15 and a current amplifier 16. Further, a potential difference due to the electromotive force of the temperature sensor 9 is inputted to the CPU 14 through an A/D converter 17, and the potential difference is converted into a temperature value, which is compared with the temperature value of the set temperature; if there is a difference, feedback is provided so as to reduce the difference, thereby changing the direction and level of the current supplied to the Peltier element 8.
