Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain ultraslow control of temperature, by driving a control valve via a controller with use of the output of a set value extracting circuit which varies gradually its set value in response to the control mode. CONSTITUTION:The set value corresponding to a control mode is delivered from a set value extracting circuit 1 in the form of a digital quantity. The blow-off temperature of an air cooler 13 is detected by a detector 9, and this detected value and said set value are fed to a temperature controller 2 for calculation. A correlative operation is carried out through operators 3 and 7 between a control valve 6 of a refrigerant condensing device 15 and a heater 14 to perform the prescribed control of temperature. Furthermoe, a humidifier 23 is driven by the set value via an operator 18, etc. The compensated set value DELTAT is delivered from the circuit 1 in a temperature fall mode B and a temperature rise mode C, respectively and automatically added to the set value applied to the controller 2. These added values are defined as the target value for control of temperature.
