Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature correction structure capable of obtaining a sufficient information amount even for use of a general-purpose memory of a small capacity such as an EEROM and thereby capable of comparatively simply obtaining a correction result with a lower cost and high accuracy in the correction of the calculation error due to the output variation generated by the temperature change.SOLUTION: A temperature correction structure 100 compresses correction data for the temperature change of an inertial sensor 20 with a rule by the predetermined calculation method, and includes: a storage region 12 for storing compression data; a demodulation part 30 for reading the compression data stored in the storage region 12 so as to be demodulated to the correction data for the temperature change of the inertial sensor with a demodulation rule by the predetermined calculation method from the read compression data; and a correction processing part 40 for performing the temperature correction processing using demodulation data. The compression rule and the demodulation rule are based on the common calculation method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
