PURPOSE: To provide a form according to uses by filling a temperature sensing material to the middle of the thickness from one surface of a porous plate carrier having a melting point higher than each temperature sensing material, filling another temperature sensing material differed in thermal expansion coefficient thereto from the other surface, and integrally connecting two kinds of temperature sensing materials.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing material 1 and a temperature sensing material 2 differed in thermal expansion coefficient are filled in the upper half and lower half of the thickness of a space occupied in a carrier 3, respectively, and the two kinds of temperature sensing materials 1, 2 are firmly bonded together through the carrier 3. The strip carrier 3 wound on a material frame 3a is heated to a temperature for properly softening and melting it by a heating device 6. The strip temperature sensitive material wound on a material frame 1a is pressed by pressure rolls 5, 5' and filled in the space occupied in the carrier 3. Then, it is heated to a required temperature, pressed by pressure rolls 51, 51' together with the temperature sensing material 2 supplied from a material frame 2a, filled in the space occupied in the carrier 3, and then cooled by a cooling device 8.
