To provide a temperature detection circuit for detecting temperatures with a high temperature coefficient even with a low power supply voltage, a temperature detector using such a temperature detection circuit, and a photoelectric converter for providing a sensor signal stable with respect to temperatures based on temperature information acquired by using such a temperature detector.
This temperature detection circuit comprises a first current source 101 for outputting a current proportional to absolute temperature as a first current, a second current source 103 for outputting a current substantially constant with respect to temperature as a second current, a current mirror circuit 104 into which the first and second currents are inputted for outputting a current proportional to a difference between the first and second currents as a third current, and a readout circuit 105 for converting the third current into a voltage.
