Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detection device of high precision.SOLUTION: A D/A conversion circuit includes a ladder network 23, constant current circuits CC0-CC3, and switch circuits SW0-SW3. A temperature sensitive circuit such as a diode is kept at a threshold value temperature of overheat protection operation, and the switch circuits SW0-SW3 are switched according to an adjustment data value which is predetermined so that a temperature detection voltage Vt (actually, a duty ratio of a temperature detection signal obtained by comparing with a triangular wave voltage) is within a specified range. Since, the switch circuits SW0-SW3 connect between the constant current circuits and a common terminal Nc when the constant current circuits CC0-CC3 are cut off from current terminals N0-N3, a voltage that flows the temperature sensitive circuit becomes constant regardless of the adjustment data value, and a correction resolution ΔV of the temperature detection voltage Vt becomes constant.
