PURPOSE: To obtain stability against noisy variation by dividing plural electric signals by counters to which a temperature range is assigned and determining a range to which each signal belongs, and outputting data obtained by making a majority decision on counted values.
CONSTITUTION: Temperature detected by a temperature sensor 1 for each constant-time signal from a temperature detection timer block 4 is passed through an electric signal conversion block 2 and an electric signal comparison block 3 and counted by the counters AWC to which a temperature range is assigned. A decision timer block 7 operates a certain time later and a largest- number detection block 8 sends the name of a counter having the largest counted number among the counters AWC to an output block 9. Thus, the signals are divided by the plural counters to which the range of temperature is assigned to determine a range to which each signal belongs, and data after the majority decision on the counted values is outputted to obtain the stability against noisy variation due to a temperature drift, etc.
