Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detector and a temperature detector inspection method capable of accurately calculating a corrected voltage and, therefore, accurately detecting a temperature even if a difference is generated between an inspection temperature set to an inspection device and an actual temperature.SOLUTION: A temperature detector 10 comprises: a temperature sensitive element D1 outputting a voltage in response to a temperature; a correction circuit 11 to which the output voltage from the temperature sensitive element D1 is input and to which a correction voltage for correcting a variation in temperature characteristics of the temperature sensitive element D1 is set; and a circuit pattern provided between the temperature sensitive element D1 and the correction circuit 11 for connecting a compensation element R1 having temperature characteristics opposite in positive and negative sign to the temperature characteristics of the temperature sensitive element D1 in series to the temperature sensitive element D1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
