Abstract:

To provide a system capable of grasping in real time and evaluating temperature distribution and a distortion distribution condition in a concrete hardening process after placement of concrete.

A temperature distribution and distortion prediction system after placement of concrete includes: a measuring means 1 for measuring an air temperature and humidity at a placement site of concrete C; and an analysis means 2 for analyzing distribution of contraction distortion amount of the concrete C in a hardening process after placement by hydration heat generation of cement in the concrete C, on the basis of a structural shape of a concrete structure to be constructed, a type of the cement, a water cement ratio and measurement data on the air temperature and the humidity.
