Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect the temperature of the position in a wide range with a high precision without the occurrence of fine particles and gas by forming a color filter layer on a substrate with a color filter material and detecting the temperature distribution in accordance with the degree of decoloring due to heat. CONSTITUTION:A color filter layer 2 is formed on a substrate A with the color filter material like a green filter material of a dichromic coloring matter by dyeing, printing, electrodeposition, or the like. When this color filter layer 2 is heated, the cyan dye is decolored to cause a yellow area 2A because the cyan dye has a low heat resistance but the yellow dye has a high heat resistance, and this area 2A gets whity as shown by 2B according as the temperature is higher. Relations between chromaticity and the temperature corresponding to the color are preliminarily examined to detect the temperature of an arbitrary position with a high precision in a wide range. Further, since fine particles and gas are scarecely generated from the filter layer, this method is used even at the time of requiring pressure reduction/increase and the degree of cleanness.
