Abstract:
To provide a temperature fuse which is excellent in a fast blowout property and can reduce a variation of working temperatures, and provide its manufacturing method.
The temperature fuse is provided with a melting alloy 1, terminals 2 provided on both end portions of the melting alloy 1, a flux 3 coated on a surface of the melting alloy 1 and an insulating portion 4 provided covering the melting alloy 1. The flux 3 is heat-treated at a melting temperature of the flux 3 or higher and at a melting temperature of the melting alloy 1 or lower.
