A temperature history data creation and storage part 22 executes the steps of: acquiring temperature T detected by a temperature sensor 8, every five minutes, and sequentially storing the acquired temperature in a first area E1 within a nonvolatile memory 20; converting an accumulated value of temperature data Ti for one hour into any one of a level value α of 16 levels, and storing the converted value in a second area E2; calculating an average value of level values αj for one day as a daily level value β of a corresponding day, and storing the calculated average value in a third area E3; and calculating an average value of level values βk for one month as a monthly level value γ of a corresponding month, and storing the calculated average value in a fourth area E4.
