To provide a temperature history indicator which can be directly attached to food packages, can be disposable and is useful to manage and maintain food sanitation at a temperature region fit for germ propagation.

In this temperature history indicator, in which a reaction is started by mixing a plurality of separated reagents, an enzyme and an enzyme substrate are used as the reagents. The reaction between the enzyme and the enzyme substrate is a color reaction, and moreover, the color reaction takes place in a constant temperature range and shows a specific color.
