To provide a temperature history sensor for surely confirming whether a retort process is implemented and reducing a burden of a worker required for a confirmation.
The temperature history sensor 100 for sensing a temperature history in a heating process is provided with a history indication member comprising a temperature sensing part 150 displaced in a first direction as an ambient temperature rises, and displaced in a second direction different from the first direction as the ambient temperature falls; a spring cover 130 for receiving a load based on displacement of the temperature sensing part 151 in the first direction, displaced in a predetermined direction, and maintaining a displaced state if the load is released; and a heat insulation cover 140 fixed to the spring cover 130. The temperature sensing part 150 comprises a bimetal as a combination of two materials having different linear expansion coefficients. The heat insulation cover 140 delays transmission of a temperature rise around the temperature sensing part 150. When the history indication member is displaced in the predetermined direction, a buckling phenomenon is generated.
