To solve a problem of a conventional precision temperature regulating device that can regulate a temperature in a space unit but cannot regulate humidity.
This temperature/humidity regulating device includes a heating flow channel for supplying a part of a heat medium compressed by a compressor 18 to a heater 14, a cooling flow channel for condensing the residual part of the heat medium to adiabatically expand it, and then supplying it to a cooler 16, and a moisture supply nozzle 15 disposed at the air inlet side of the heater 14 and supplying a prescribed amount of moisture to air, and further has a proportional three-way valve 20 capable of changing a distribution ratio of the heat medium to the cooling flow channel and the heating flow channel, a heat pump means for increasing a heating capacity of the heating flow channel, a temperature control section 22 for controlling the air passing through the heater 14 and the cooler 16 to the prescribed temperature by controlling the proportional three-way valve 20 and adjusting the distribution ratio of the heat medium, and a humidity control section 27 for controlling the amount of water supplied to the moisture supply nozzle 15 to control the air passing through the heater 14 and the cooler 16 to the prescribed humidity, and a sound insulation cover 42 is disposed at the air inlet side of the moisture supply nozzle 15 to prevent the leakage of noise.
