Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature indication device enabling an operation state of a steam trap to be determined only by visual observation of one place.SOLUTION: An inlet side pipe 2 and an outlet side pipe 3 are connected to a steam trap 1. A temperature state detecting member 4 is installed to the upper surface of the inlet side pipe 2 and, in the same way, a temperature state detecting member 5 is installed to the upper surface of the outlet side pipe 3. The temperature state detecting members 4, 5 are connected by a connection member 8. An indication member 10 is mounted at right and left ends by support bars 11, 12 one ends of which are fixed to the temperature state detecting members 4, 5. The indication member 10 indicates whether or not the steam trap 1 is normal, according to displacement of the temperature state detecting members 4, 5, so that an operation state of the steam trap 1 can be determined only by visual observation of one place of the indication member 10.
