Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immerse a temperature measuring probe positively in molten steel of an electric arc furnace frequently performing a forward inclination rolling motion and a rearward inclination rolling motion and measure the temperature.SOLUTION: A temperature measuring sampling device of an electric arc furnace includes: a ramp block 33 extending toward a cinder notch 12 of an electric arc furnace 1; a probe holding movable carriage 34 holding a rod-like temperature measuring probe 35 and movable in a longitudinal direction along the ramp block 33; and a supporting mechanism for supporting the ramp block 33 in a far-near forward or rearward movable manner and a relative upward or downward movable manner in respect to the cinder notch 12. The supporting mechanism comprises a movable carriage 31 in a far-near forward or rearward movable manner in respect to the cinder notch 12 of the electric arc furnace 1 and a lifting device 32 arranged at the movable carriage, and the lifting device 32 is provided with the ramp block 33.
