Abstract:
To improve efficiency of temperature measuring, using a heterodyne interferometric method.
A phase meter 204 calculates the phase change of a laser light which passes through a temperature measuring region, from the beat frequency rising from the difference in a reference signal and a test signal. A data operation part 205 calculates the temperature of the temperature measuring region, based on the phase information calculated by the phase meter 204.
