The device is provided with an internal IC chip 11 which is equipped with an adhesive pad 1; an antenna which receives radio waves; a generator circuit 27, which rectifies the radio waves received by the antenna 22 and generates electricity in a self-excited way; a temperature sensor 25 which changes its resistance value, with changes in the temperature; an RF section 21 which outputs radio waves; and an EEPROM 23. When assembling is completed, the adhesive pad 1 is subjected to a temperature test, and the test result is stored in the internal EEPROM 23, and a measurement value which is determined by converting an analog signal from the temperature sensor into a digital signal by using an A/D converter, is compensated for, thereby dramatically improving the accuracy of the measurement.
