Abstract:
To measure the temperature with high accuracy without affected by the environmental condition in a temperature measuring device which determines the temperature of at least a part of a body without contact.
This device is mounted near a body, and comprises a sensor unit 2 having the first and second plates 4, 14. The temperature sensitive sensors are mounted on each plate, and generate the first and second sensor signals 10, 18 respectively indicating the temperatures of the first plate 4 and the second plate 14. This device further comprises a control unit 12 for processing the first and second sensor signals 10, 18 by combining the same to determine the temperature of the body (Tv). A Karman filter is preferably utilized.
