Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device of a cutting tip of a lathe.SOLUTION: The present temperature measurement device provides an interchangeable cutting chip provided on a byte top end which slides in a diameter direction of a turret gyrating in a lathe capable of sliding in an axial direction. The cutting edge is provided with a semi-hole for temperature measurement in a thickness direction to which a surface on the external diameter byte side is open. The outer diameter byte is arranged in advance with a thermocouple at a position opposing to the hole for temperature measurement when the cutting edge is mounted on a contour surface. When the cutting edge is mounted, the top end of the thermocouple is inserted into the hole for temperature measurement and positioned so as to receive the temperature information from the thermocouple, and includes temperature information transmission means for wirelessly transmitting the temperature information to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
