On the outer periphery of the sheath 41, the annular positioning tool 37 is fixed by welding and the tool 37 has a plurality of steps 49 on its outer peripheral surface so that annular projections 51 may come into line- contact with the tapered stopper surface 47 of the protective tube 15. On the stopper surface 47 of the tube 15, in addition, a oxidized coating film is formed in advance by heating.
