To provide a temperature optimizing apparatus for a table setting cart which optimizes temperature in package for a number of table setting carts and is inexpensive with a saving of space while achieving a lighter weight of the table setting carts and facilitating the washing thereof.

Table setting carts 1 are each provided with a plurality of housing chambers to house cook tables, a supply port and a recovery port for hot air or cool air communicating with each of the housing chambers. A connection unit 13 detachably connected to the supply port and the recovery port of each table setting cart is connected to a heating/cooling unit 18 which generates hot air and cool air through supply pipings 14 and 15 and recovery pipings 16 and 17 for the hot air and the cool air.
