PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric power supply structure capable of effectively supplying electric power to a temperature raising device for an in-vehicle instrument. SOLUTION: The temperature raising device for the in-vehicle instrument makes an electric motor and an internal combustion engine 11 be drive sources, and is applied for a hybrid vehicle equipped with an inverter 17 with a converter which lowers output voltage of an HV battery 16 to DC14V and inputs it to an auxiliary machine and an auxiliary machine battery 23. When cooling water stored in a thermal storage tank 21 is supplied to the internal combustion engine 11 with an electric water pump 22 to raise the temperature of the engine 11, the water pump 22 is driven by the output voltage from the HV battery 16 lowered to DC14V through the inverter with the converter. When the cooling water is stored into the thermal storage tank 21 in accompany with the turning-off of an ignition switch, the water pump 22 is driven with DC12V from the auxiliary machine battery 23.
