PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detection device capable of avoiding a situation where a combustion state of a cooking stove burner is deteriorated, even after a long-term use.SOLUTION: A boiling over liquid cover 123 is mounted on a holder which is formed substantially cylindrical and whose lower end side is fitted in a support pipe in a vertically movable manner. An outside surface of the boiling over liquid cover 123 has an expansion part having a shape spreading downward, and at least at one part of a path in which the boiling over liquid flows down, a groove-like shape is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
