Abstract:
To provide a new nano thermometer usable for temperature measurement in a wide temperature range in an environment below a micrometer size.
This nano thermometer has a carbon nano tube involving continuous columnar indium as a temperature sensing element, and has a temperature measuring part for measuring the environmental temperature by measuring the length in the axial direction of the columnar indium in the temperature sensing element changing following the change of the environmental temperature.
