Title:
TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE CLUTCH MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009024832
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a temperature sensitive clutch mechanism, without requiring labor even for maintenance, with a simple and compact constitution.

Respective rollers 4 as a plurality of engaging pieces arranged in the circumferential direction by holding in an annular space between inner-outer rings 1 and 2 by a cage 3, are energized in the direction of not biting in between the inner-outer rings 1 and 2 by a plate spring 5. The respective rollers 4 energized ny the plate spring 5 are pushed back to the opposite side by bimetal 6 being deformed sensitively to a temperature change. When the bimetal 6 is deformed, the respective rollers 4 are made to bite in an inclined cam surface 2a formed on an inner diameter surface of the outer ring 2, and the inner-outer rings 1 and 2 are engaged, and thereby, the temperature sensitive clutch mechanism without requiring the labor for the maintenance can be provided with the simple and compact constitution.
