Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an air flowmeter the productivity of which is improved by securing the welding strength of the lead wires of the temperature sensitive resistor of the flowmeter.
CONSTITUTION: The resistor is composed of a ceramic plate 3 coated with a platinum thin film 1, metallic film 2 containing glass formed for connecting lead wires 4, glass coating 5 for protecting the thin film 1, and insulator 6 for reinforcing the lead wires 4.
