To provide a temperature sensor circuit capable of calibrating detection temperatures with high precision, and to provide a calibration technique thereof.
The temperature sensor circuit has a first monitoring voltage generating circuit (100) for generating the first monitoring voltage with varying properties for temperatures; a second monitoring voltage generating circuit (200) for generating the second monitoring voltage with varying properties in different variation from the first monitoring voltage for temperatures; and a differential amplifier circuit (op3) for inputting the first monitoring voltage and the second monitoring voltage to output the comparison results between the both voltages. Thus, the differential amplifier circuit of the temperature sensor circuit is characterized by switchable between the first connecting status outputting the comparison results and the second connecting status output monitoring voltages with offset adding or subtracting the offset voltage of the differential amplifier circuit to or from the first or the second monitoring voltage.
