Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor circuit capable of outputting temperature information with no decrease in accuracy even in a high temperature operational state with the number of additional elements being minimum.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor circuit includes: an offset generation element characterized in that a third voltage value is generated for adding an offset voltage to a first voltage value and a second voltage value; a switched capacitor integrator characterized in that a voltage value in proportion to a difference between the first voltage value and the second voltage value with the first voltage value and the second voltage value being an input, is output; a latch that connects the output voltage of the switched capacitor integrator with an input terminal; and an oscillation circuit that generates a signal for controlling the switched capacitor integrator and the latch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
