The temperature sensor device is provided with a temperature sensor provided between a power-source electric potential node and a ground electric potential node, an A/D converter for A/D conversion from an analogue temperature detection data outputted from the temperature sensor to a digital temperature detection data, and a register which temporarily holds the digital temperature detection data outputted from the A/D converter and outputs it to a temperature detection data output node at a prescribed timing on a single semiconductor chip.
