Title:
TEMPERATURE SENSOR MADE OF ENAMEL FOR MICROWAVE OVEN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04212029
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive sensor made of glass ceramic equipped with such a merit that the response to a temp. change is high and measuring accuracy is high in the temp. sensor of a microwave oven.
CONSTITUTION: A temp. sensor 10 having a metal substrate 12 having an enamel layer 14 applied to at least a part thereof is formed. At least one conductive element 16 forms a first sensor structure measuring a temp. within a first temp. range as the function of the resistance of the conductive element 16 itself and further forms a second sensor structure operated in combination with the enamel layer 14 and the metal substrate and measuring temp. within a second temp. range as the function of the resistance of the enamel layer 14.
