Title:
TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011127938
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent an electrode line, an electrode connection line connected to the electrode line, and their connection sections from being disconnected or ruptured even if vibration and excessive tensile force act on a lead wire in a temperature sensor including connection structure of the electrode line projecting from the rear end of an insulating tube, where the electrode line extended from a temperature sensor element within a tube is passed through the inside of the insulating tube, and the lead wire withdrawn from the rear end of the tube.

A terminal fixture 51 is mounted to a rear end 25 of the insulating tube 21 by brazing or the like. A rear end portion 37 of the electrode line 35 projecting from the rear end 25 of the insulating tube 21 and a tip portion 72 of the lead wire 70 are connected to the terminal fixture 51 for electrical connection. Even if tensile force operates outside the lead wire 70, tensile force is not applied to the electrode line 35 since the terminal fixture 51 to which the lead wire 70 is connected has been fixed to a rear end portion of the insulating tube 21, thus preventing the rupture, or the like.
