Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor capable of being stably and reliably brought into contact with a measurement object while reducing pressing force to the measurement object.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor includes: a pair of lead frame 2; a sensor part 3 which is connected to the front end of the pair of lead frames; and an insulated holding part 4 which is fixed to the base part of the pair of lead frames to hold the pair of lead frames. The pair of lead frames has a folded elastic part 2b which includes at least a pair of upward and downward folded part between the sensor part and the holding part and is elastic in an extending direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
