Title:
TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02114135
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To upgrade performance and productivity with a reduction in a detection error of temperature by building a mounting plate of a temperature detector and a temperature detecting surface up with one sheet of stainless steel to eliminate the need for a process of connecting a contact plate to a mounting plate. CONSTITUTION:A thick film temperature detector 1 has electrodes 2a and 2b which are connected to heat resistant leads 4a and 4b respectively with high- temperature solderings 3a and 3b. A stainless mounting plate 5 holds the detector 1 to be connected to a heat roller 6. Then, a contact plate and the mounting plate 5 are made one piece to eliminate the need for a process of connecting them together. No polyimide film or the like is used to eliminate the need for winding such a film. A stainless steel is used for a contact surface with the heat roller 6 to keep toner from building up between the heat roller 6 and a contact part of a temperature sensor 1. This gets rid of a temperature detection error in the whole of the temperature sensor thereby producing a highly productive temperature sensor with excellent construction.
