Abstract:
PURPOSE:To measure a temperature change at a high accuracy over a rise range by arranging a plurality of temperature detection means, a connection wire to connecting the temperature detection means in series and a lead to connect the temperature detection means to a temperature measuring means. CONSTITUTION:Thermistors 8a and 8b as temperature detection means are fixed within a protective tube 1 with a heat conductor 3. The thermistor 8a has a resistance temperature characteristic highly accurate with a large resistance value on the high temperature side as compared with the thermistor 8b and the thermistor 8b has a resistance temperature characteristic highly accurate with a larger resistance value on the low temperature side as compared with the thermistor 8a. The thermistors 8a and 8b are connected in series with a connection wire 9. One end of each of a pair of leads 5 in an insulating tube 10 is connected separately to the thermistors 8a and 8b. The other end of the lead 5 is connected to a computer unit 6 as temperature measuring means for measuring resistance changes of the thermistors 8a and 8b.
