Title:
TEMPERATURE-STABILIZED STORAGE CHAMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1028465
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problems of conventional storage chambers having a conventional temperature-controlling method to cause considerable temperature fluctuation in the chamber by the ON/OFF control of a cooler and blow a substantially cold air to cause difficulty in keeping the storage chamber at about 15°C which is the optimum storage temperature for grains and the problems of storage chambers provided with an inverter controlling apparatus to cause high cost.

The space in a storage chamber 1 is divided with a partition plate 2 into an upper chamber 3 to be cooled with a cooling apparatus 5 and a lower chamber 4 accepting the cooled air flowing out of the cooled upper chamber 3. The flowing amount of the cooled air is controlled based on the temperature information obtained from temperature sensors 9, 10 placed in the cooling chamber and/or the storage chamber. Since the cooled air is indirectly supplied from the cooling apparatus through the cooling chamber to the storage chamber 1 in place of directly supplying to the storage chamber, the temperature fluctuation in the chamber from the preset temperature can be suppressed to an extremely low level even by using an inexpensive cooling apparatus 15 to perform the ON/OFF control of the operation.
