To provide a temperature switch dispensing with a welding operation of a contact spring, capable of making a manufacturing and an assembling operations easy.

The temperature switch comprises a first terminal; a second terminal; a reversing spring; and a contact spring arranged between the reversing spring and the second terminal without being fixed, having a central contact part arranged at a central part thereof, and an outside contact part at outer peripheral part thereof, electrically connecting a first terminal side with a second terminal side by making the central contact part contact the first terminal by protrusively arranging the central contact part through an opened part and by making the outside contact part contact the second terminal, increasing its load property from the start of pressing up to a peak load, successively decreasing the load property up to a minimum load, and increasing the same again. The central contact part of the contact spring is energized in a direction separating from the first terminal by the inversion of the reversing spring at a set temperature, and electrical conduction is blocked.
