Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a damage to the coating surface of a pipe truss, and a looseness or a slippage of a single pipe, by sticking a flaw preventive sheet to the installing surface of a large size pipe truss, to each clamp, and assembling a necessary tentative scaffold to the single pipes.
CONSTITUTION: At the intermediate positions of a large size pipe truss 1, tentative single pipes 2 are assembled in the upper and the lower steps through clamps 3, and intermediate scaffolds 6 are formed tentatively to the single pipes 2 by using scaffold plates 4, ramps 5 for elevating, and the like. In this case, each clamp 3 has an installing base to be held to large diameter pipes 9 to compose the large size pipe truss 1, and a single pipe holder to hold a necessary tentative single pipe 2 is installed rotatable to the installing base. Consequently, single pipes can be assembled easily at the intermediate positions of the pipe truss 1, and decomposed, and a stable scaffold can be constructed tentatively. The cost can be reduced and the construction term can be shortened, consequently.
