PURPOSE: To make it possible to temporarily hold a reinforced cage safely without building an outside scaffold in beam bar work of an exterior wall in a building having no verandah, corridor, etc., to the outside of the exterior wall.

CONSTITUTION: In a temporary holding device for temporarily holding a reinforced cage 11 upward of a beam form 15 provided upward of an exterior wall form 10, the temporary holding device is constituted of a main body 20 formed by bending one piece of reinforcement, a nut 24 fitted to a vertical shaft section 21 including the lower end of the main body from the outside and a washer 25. An outside diameter of the main body is smaller than an inside diameter of a pipe 16 erected to the outside of the exterior wall form 10. A male screw screwed in the nut 24 is formed in the shaft section 21 of the main body 20, the washer 25 is combined with the nut 24 as a unit or separated from the nut 24, and its outside diameter is larger than the outside diameter of the pipe 16. The main body 20 is formed in a roughly T-shape fallen down sideways, and it is extended longer than the width of the beam form 15 in the horizontal direction from the shaft section 21 to make it possible to mount it on an inside floor form 12, etc.
