Title:
TEMPORARY HOLDING TOOL OF ELECTRIC WIRE FOR LAYING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3546569
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly hold plural electric wires with their superior durability by providing a holding groove for a brush body and holding an electric wire terminal in which a terminal is connected between the edges of the brush body.
SOLUTION: Brush bodies 6 and 7 are planted on opposite faces 4a and 5a of a pair of opposite arches 4 and 5, and the tip ends of the brush bodies 6 and 7 are brought into contact with each other. When a terminal 32 of an electric wire terminal 31 is inserted into edges 16 and 17 of these brush bodies, a holding groove 18 for holding terminals 32a, 32b, and 32c between the edges 16 and 17 is formed. If resin fiber is used for the brush bodies 16 and 17, the opposite arms 4 and 5 are formed with resin, and the bonding strength is strengthened. If the terminals 32a, 32b, and 32c are held in the holding groove 18, parts 6a and 7a of the brush bodies 6 and 7 holding the terminal 32a is not influenced by deformation of parts 6b and 7b of the brush bodies 6 and 7 holding the other terminal 32b. Thus, the terminal 32a to 32c of the electric wire terminal is certainly held.
