The temporary laminating apparatus for the ceramic green sheets includes: a laminating and temporary bonding facility 8 laminating the plurality of ceramic green sheets 5; a cutting facility 9 separating the ceramic green sheets 5 from a frame body 3; and a conveying facility 10 conveying the ceramic green sheets 5 from the cutting facility 9 to the laminating and temporary bonding facility 8. The laminating and temporary bonding facility 8 comprises a temporary bonding pressing table 11, imaging devices 14a, 14b and a first heating device 15. The cutting facility 9 comprises a cutting table 20 and cutting edges 23. The conveying facility 10 comprises a suction plate 16, a suction device, first through-holes 17a, 17b and second through-holes 18a, 18b.
