The temporary partition structure has a slender ceiling long-sized member 22 pushed against a ceiling, a support 34 pushing the member 22 towards the ceiling 54 from a floor 58 and a sheet 56, in which an upper end section is held to the member 22 and the ceiling 54 and a lower end section is held to the support 34 and the floor 58 and which is held in approximately the vertical direction. A mounting section 36 holding the member 22, a rod-shaped inserting section 38 installed at one end of the mounting section 36, a cylindrical body 42, in which the inserting section 38 is inserted slidably, and an engaging means such as a bolt and a nut engaging the inserting section 38 and the main body 42 in an arbitrary superposing length are mounted on the support 34.
