The wedge fastening type temporary scaffold is temporarily constructed to the outside of a building A. The temporary scaffold baseboards 6 are respectively built over between standing poles 1 and 1 located in a little to the west of the building A of the temporary scaffold by locating each of them in the upper side of a fabric material 3. Each temporary scaffold baseboard 6 is constituted of a baseboard body 6A mounted along a floor board 5 to the edge end section of the floor board 5 and a holding metal fitting 10 fastened to a holding metal fitting 7 projected to the standing poles 1 and 1 mounted to the end section of the baseboard body 6A.
