To provide a temporary scaffold member capable of easily adjusting the mounting height of branched posts, and setting pocket bodies for the posts and the branched posts to be the same height each other.

A temporary scaffold member includes: a wedge 12 wedged in either of pocket bodies 3a and 3b to a post 1 provided with the pocket bodies 3a and 3b with different height positions; a horizontal member 11 connected with the wedge 12; and a tenon 13 connected with the other end of the horizontal member 11 and extending in a vertical direction in order to support a branched post 6. A pair of guide holes 21 extending in the vertical direction is formed at the position of opposite external surface in the tenon 13. The guide holes 21 have first and second hooking parts in order to set the support height of the branched post 6. A hooking bolt 17, which is inserted into the pair of guide holes 21 and is hooked the first and second hooking parts, and a stop member 16, which is supported along the surface of the tenon 13 by the hooking bolt 17 to carry the branched post 6, are provided.
